If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, you may return any item in its unopened original condition for a full refund of the product value. Please keep the original packaging and return with the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers that choose to exchange or return merchandise are responsible for the shipping cost of returning product and the shipping cost of new product.

In order for us to process your return, please send an email to orders@gorgeouscosmos.com with your original receipt/transaction. Our customer service team will issue you a Return Authorization Number OR RA number.

Returns should be sent by Secure Mail so they may be tracked.

3. Request an RA (Return Authorization) number. IMPORTANT: RETURNS WITHOUT RA  WILL BE REFUSED

4. Include the packing slip with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper)

5. Wrap the package securely

6. Attach your return address
